Playdate Fun

Samantha is making friends every day.  She had another playdate with Tessa on Labor Day...

Samantha and Charlotte met yesterday.  All four of us went to Marshalls and Panera.  Samantha decided she was hungry and mommy had to feed her standing up in Marshalls.  There is a first time for everything! This is the two of them before our outing...

Daddy's Birthday

Samantha was in a great mood on Daddy's Birthday.  She gave him a card (that Mommy helped her write) and some gummi bears.  Yesterday Daddy decided it was his chance to make a video of Samantha - take a look at Samantha in her Jumperoo:

We also gave Daddy two picture frames to take to work.  Here is a great picture of the two of them!

We ended the day with a nice dinner with Grandma and Grandpa and Samantha's first trip to a Chinese food restaurant.  She slept the entire time - see for yourself...

You Spit Up On It - You Buy It

Today was our first trip to the mall, again only the best for Samantha, so went to the Westchester Mall.  Our first stop was Nordstorm so I could feed Samantha.  In case anyone was wondering, that is by far the best place away from my home to breastfeed.  It worked out well...Anyway, Samantha and I went to the Apple store and Brooks Brothers, then we picked out a card for Daddy's birthday at Hallmark and our last stop was at the Coach store.  It was quite the experience.  Samantha behaved the whole time at Coach and even took time out to make a video.  Luckily for me, she decided to projectile spit-up when I was at the counter paying.  This way she did not get anything on the merchandise or on the nice salesperson.  What an experience!  Everyone at Coach was very nice and said they have kids, too.  Thank goodness!  Enjoy the video.

Bumbo Time

Today was a fun day.  First, Samantha asked if she could wear her clash onesie from Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Rachel.  She is getting so big so fast and wants to wear it again and again before she grows out of it.  She also worked on sitting using her Bumbo today.  Here is a video of her sitting in her Bumbo and talking to some friends - you even get a chance to meet her friends...check it out!

We also went to Buy Buy Baby.  Samantha loves to stand so we bought her a Jumperoo today.  She already LOVES standing and playing in it.  I promise you will see a video of her in action soon!

Tummy Time and New Friends

Later in the day Samantha wanted to go out to Barnes and Noble for story time.  Her friend Tessa was going to be there.  So...we drove to White Plains and met Tessa.  Tessa introduced us to her friends Aiden and Bennett.  Here is a video of all of them having fun after story time was over...

Samantha's First Hurricane

Samantha made it through her first hurricane.  Yesterday was a very exciting day.  She laughed for mommy and daddy for the first time.  It was music to our ears and soooo cute.  She also slept through the night quite well - from 11:30pm - 8:30am.  That is a record 9 hours!!

We were inside all day yesterday and found time to make two videos.  The first one is from the morning.  She made a mess of her pajamas so we put a new outfit on and she wanted to show it off.  We call this video "Mommy's Little Monkey".

This video is from later in the day.  She has been in a very good mood all weekend.  Usually she likes to do a sneeze and smile.  This video is her first "Yawn and Smile" - enjoy!!
